1. Digital Products and License Grant
Upon purchasing a template or asset pack from our site, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the templates for your internal business operations or for a single client project.

- Restrictions: You may not sub-license, resell, redistribute, share, or lease our raw HTML/CSS source code files to any third party or on any online marketplace.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via download links, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and the digital files are accessed or downloaded. We advise reviewing all product descriptions and live previews carefully before making a purchase.
3. Custom Support and Brand Alignment Services
- Brand Alignment Package ($125): This fixed-fee service covers the application of your provided brand colors, logos, and fonts to your purchased templates. It includes up to 2 rounds of design revisions. Any structural layout modifications outside of branding will incur extra fees.
- Hourly Support ($35/Hour): Custom development, technical troubleshooting, or Pardot account configuration is billed at an hourly rate of $35, charged in 30-minute increments. Estimates provided prior to starting work are approximations and final billing will reflect actual hours worked.
4. Technical Compatibility Disclaimer
While our templates are heavily tested for major web browsers, mobile operating systems, and email clients (including Microsoft Outlook), we cannot guarantee perfect formatting if you modify our underlying structural HTML/CSS code or if Salesforce introduces unexpected layout platform changes. It is your responsibility to test assets within your specific Pardot sandbox environment.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall richtemplate.com or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of lead data, marketing campaign downtime, or email deliverability drops) arising out of the use or inability to use our digital assets.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or products following any updates constitutes absolute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
